The services Alyamama for Development are specialized in personal development for individuals and businesses. They include coaching, training and mentoring.
These services are provided remotely or in person at the organization level or at the center located at:

2-Object
The purpose of these general terms and conditions of sale (GTC) is to define the terms and conditions of sale of the services Alyamama for Development as well as the rights and obligations of the parties.
3-Services offered
The services Alyamama for Development are :
- Individual coaching
- Group coaching
- Workshops and training in personal and professional development
- Mentoring
- Consulting and Advice
4-Order and registration
Any order or registration for a service implies unreserved acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions. Orders can be made via online booking on the website https://alyamamafordevelopment.com, by phone or by email.
5-Payment
For individual coaching services, payment is made in full after each session.
For training services or organizational coaching services, payment is made partially upon contracting and after clarification of the advance amounts to be paid.
Payment for booking services can be made by:
- Bank transfer
- Money transfer
Payment must be made in part when booking the appointment and in full at the end of the service, unless otherwise agreed between the parties. In the case of coaching over several sessions, payment in several installments may be agreed.
6-Cancellation and postponement
- Cancellation by the customer: Any request to cancel an order for a coaching or training service previously contracted with an organization must be made by telephone and in writing (e-mail) at least 20 working days before the date of the service. In this case a full refund can be made.
- If the cancellation occurs more than 15 days and less than 20 working days before the service, a partial refund (50%) may be made.
- If the cancellation occurs less than 15 working days before the service, no refund will be made.
- Session postponement: The individual client may request the postponement of a coaching or training session by notifying the firm at least 48 hours in advance.
- The client organization may request the postponement of a service appointment by notifying the firm at least 15 working days in advance. After this period, the scheduled session will be billed.
- Termination or Cancellation of the service by the Coach/Trainer : the trainer coach for reasons that are his responsibility (see code of ethics) may cancel or stop the service provided to an individual client or an organization. In this case, it provides a report of the sessions carried out to the client.
- In the event of termination or cancellation by the coach, the client will be reimbursed for the services not performed if they are paid in advance.
7-Ethics
Our clients or partners undertake to respect the firm's code of ethics and to share the Alyamama for development values published on our website.
8-Responsibility
Coaches/trainers undertake to implement all necessary means to ensure the proper performance of the services. However, this is an obligation of means and not of results. Coaches/trainers cannot be held responsible for the failure to achieve the objectives set, which depend on the degree of investment of the client in the process (see code of ethics ).
9-Intellectual property
All training materials and documents provided to the client as part of the services provided remain the exclusive property of the Alyamama for Development center. The client undertakes not to reproduce, distribute or exploit these documents without prior authorization from the founder of the center.
10-Protection of personal data
The firm undertakes to respect the confidentiality of personal data communicated by the client, in accordance with the regulations in force. The information collected is used exclusively for processing orders and communicating with the client. The client has the right to access, rectify and delete their data (see Privacy Policy).
11-Disputes
These general conditions are subject to the law local/Moroccan. In the event of a dispute or claim, the client must first contact the firm in order to find an amicable solution. In the absence of an agreement, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts of the city of Kenitra in Morocco.
12-Acceptance of the T&Cs
The customer acknowledges having read these general terms and conditions of sale before placing an order or registering for a service. Any order or registration constitutes full and complete acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions.
