<\/p>\nCertainly, in our current era marked by major global changes such as climate change, financial crises, health crises, wars... we all need coaching more than ever! But the question is deeper than that, because in the era of previous generations, there were also life upheavals in terms of natural disasters, wars and pandemics that marked humanity but in the face of what, these generations were more immune and united than us. Why? \u064e\u064eA question that deserves to be asked and analyzed, and for which I have found three main reasons:<\/p>\n
Old-fashioned life is not the one we live, it was marked by simplicity at all levels. Work was more manual than intellectual and generally only took up half a day, leaving the remaining time for learning, research, physical development or family. Which positively impacts the mind and healthy lifestyle. Also, consumption was simplified, which reduces the degree of debt and promotes self-confidence, financial independence and mind freedom. The consumption simplicity culture then impacted the quality and simplicity of daily management, thus avoiding high levels of stress and need for control. Which makes the rate of alignment and harmony with human nature among previous generations higher than ours.<\/p>\n
Before, the woman was more present and available at home. Her feminine energy which embodies at the same time love, wisdom, intuition, the force of observation, and absorption was stable and carefully preserved. Thus allowing her small family to take full advantage of it and therefore to become more immune and stronger against life storms. How much, we have even witnessed or heard of a close-knit family which, at the death of the housewife or the grandmother, becomes unstable, its lost members enter into conflicts and in the majority of cases disperse from the home!<\/p>\n
Just with this quality of presence, availability and listening considered the main assets to be acquired by a qualified coach (as we learned and embodied during our integral coaching training cycle), the woman then played the role of the coach in addition to her role as educator and mentor for her small family. She was the tree that, rooted in the soil, preserves it from erosion.<\/p>\n
Our previous generally lived in large families where the roles were complementary. The grandparents considered the wise men of the family, intervened in the support of their offspring by presence, listening and especially by wisdom, clairvoyance and continuous support. In their absence, this role is played by one of the family wise men or the neighborhood's. This is the case for example, in popular neighborhoods or rural villages in Morocco. Essential qualities in a real coach. In other words, they played in the majority of cases, the role of family coaches!<\/p>\n
This is not our case at the moment, that's clear! Life is not as simple as before, we no longer live in large families, contact between generations is reduced and the woman, the source of love and enlightenment, moves and is stressed! What makes the earth that transports the Human is shaken!<\/p>\n
Facing this panorama of turbulence and lack of support, the importance of coaching emerges to help gain confidence and manage life's difficulties with objectivity, wisdom and resilience.<\/p>\n
What will coaching bring me?<\/strong> Being coached will allow me to shorten the time and circumstances of learning life by entrusting myself to a specialist in the field, who is available and present, who supports me and accompanies me on my development, enlightens me and clarifies my path. I would be supported, accompanied, in secret and confidentiality. I would become aware of the learning and setbacks necessary to achieve my goal. I would be followed and stimulated on the actions that I will undertake until I can fly with my own wings in complete safety and self-confidence.<\/p>\n Finally I would say that we all need coaching. The coach being a human, he himself gets coached to be accompanied in his personal life path and maintain his coaching hygiene regarding his clients!<\/p>\n These were for me the main reasons why we need coaching more than previous generations.
